Computer Based Training

Management Strategies Group, Inc recognized in 1995 that in order for employers to effectively meet some of the training requirements mandated by Federal Regulation, that an effective alternative method needed to be made available to employers. Management Strategies Group, Inc. developed and markets a “stand along” training system based on computer format which allows the employer to provide “sight specific” training at any time such training is needed. Our computer-based training is customized to be specific to the work place for which the employee is being trained. Such customization makes it unnecessary to supplement the training with other personnel or activities to meet the regulatory required specific requirements.
